Huazhong Numerical Control has joined hands with Qianji Intelligent to jointly create an integrated solution covering programming, processing, measurement and compensation. The program showcased a five-axis linkage processing case jointly developed by Huazhong CNC and Qianji Intelligent. Through precise smooth processing of the tool path and tool axis and optimization of the singularity points, the contour of the workpiece was ensured to be controlled within ± 0.02mm, while achieving a smooth and flawless surface processing effect. The processing accuracy has reached the INT level.
Kede CNC ×QJCAM - Special Machine Tool for Disc parts
Kede CNC ×QJCAM - Blade Disk Kede CNC has joined hands with Qianji Intelligent to create the KTBM1200 six-axis five-linkage blade disk machining center. This machining center adopts the QJCAM dedicated programming module and feature measurement module for impellers.
The QJCAM impeller-specific programming module offers a variety of rough and finish machining process options, supports CNC programming for blade discs, blade rings, and impeller-like parts, and is also equipped with a process template library to reduce programming difficulty.
The OJCAM feature measurement module can help quickly plan the measurement path for the process inspection of workpieces. Through in-machine inspection, it can promptly identify quality issues during the processing, avoiding secondary clamping. The measurement results of the machine tool can be immediately transmitted back with one click, achieving full-process intelligent inspection and saving a significant amount of time and cost.
